How To Play:
How far do you space cornhole boards?
Space cornhole boards 27-feet from the front of the board to the front of the board, or if you want to get exact, the holes must be 33-feet apart. That's typically 9 paces from an adult.
2 or 4 players can play cornhole, with 2 players both players stand at one board and take turns tossing bags to the other cornhole board. With teams, one of each team will be at the same board taking turns tossing the bags at the other board. Once all the bags are tossed, the other players will collect the bags and toss them back.
How do you score cornhole?
Players get 1 point if the bag stays on the board and 3 points if the bag goes into the hole. The opposing team’s points will cancel out, so if each team scored 6 points then the scoring would be 0. If team 1 got 9 points and the team 2 got 4 points after tossing all the bags, then team 1 would score 5 points.
How many points do you need in order to win a game of cornhole?
Cornhole is played to 21 points.
